Hey Beautiful!

It’s the month of June and we’re heading into summer with full speed. Personally, the last two weeks were emotional. My son and I had an unpleasant experience in his kindergarten and, if you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know it’s not the first time. Things reached a culmination point and Tuesday last week was his final day. He simply refused to go and this led us to the decision to end his time there. He’s starting school in September and right now he’s attending a summer camp in the new place so he can get used to it in advance. On Monday we were all emotional – new place, new people, new route, new area of the city. It’s taking time to adjust but I’m hopeful it will be a positive and rewarding experience.

Goal for the month:

Allow for yourself and your feelings to be, stay present but don’t attach, observe but don’t judge. Support and nurture yourself and others equally.

So far the month of June is proving to be emotional and the planetary movements show these tendencies too. We had a new moon on Monday 3rd June and it’s still not late to work on your intentions for this next cycle. Judging by my senses and experiences, it feels like new beginnings and transitions are on the map plus plenty of emotional work to sort through.

Things I’m grateful for:

♥ closing the page on a toxic situation in my life ♥ hope for the future ♥ supporting my son the best way I can ♥ being present and there for him ♥ thoughtful gifts from my son ♥ little presents for everyone in the family ♥ feeling more connected and attuned to one another ♥ days in the park ♥ possibilities for change and growth ♥ slowing down ♥ starting to work with a therapist ♥ finding a class for bodywork for trauma ♥ inspiring and insightful talks on YouTube ♥ going vegetarian ♥ focusing on the good things in life and people

Inspiring things to read, watch and listen:

Affirmation for the month:

I focus on the good things in life and learn from every disappointment – it helps me heal and grow!

Wishing you strength and courage to overcome the storms, stay focused on the positive and be present, until next time! V. ♥
